Have you ever wanted to make your own etched metal jewelry? As a Silhouette CAMEO crafter, I wanted to see if it was possible to etch without needing to use their Curio machine. I have a Curio but I’ll be honest, it’s not as user-friendly as the CAMEO. My experiment worked! You do need to buy a special tool for this though, the etching tool I’ve linked in the supply list. A big pet peeve of mine is seeing people use vinyl on plates for food, vinyl isn’t food safe. Don’t worry I have an easy and affordable workaround.
